Arun Jaitley inaugurated The Sanctuary at National Chest Institute. Health Minister of Delhi Dr. Walia and Arun Jaitley visited the hospital which has special arrangements for AIDS patient. It is one of a kind hospital in the country. An official of National Chest Institute speaks about a special wing for AIDS patient. He says, "With the help of Richard care foundation and Art of giving we made this special wing for AIDS patient. It has AIDS ward, isolation room, an operation theatre of infected diseases and an intensive care with one bed."
