Arun Jaitley inaugurates the 52nd anniversary of People's Republic of China in Delhi

On the occasion of celebrating the 52nd anniversary of the People's Republic of China, the Chinese embassy in Delhi presented selected photographs depicting the changing face of developing China. The photographer Komula Vardan, a truly versatile artist is a dancer and a painter of repute besides being a photographer. Union Minister of Law and Justice, Arun Jaitley and Mr. Hua Xin Do inaugurated the event.
