Farm workers are harvesting Groundnut crops in a rural agricultural field in Odisha. Men and women are manually pulling groundnut plants from the soil as part of the seasonal harvesting process. The uprooted plants contain clusters of peanuts attached beneath the roots, which are later collected, dried, and processed for consumption and trade. Groundnut farming is an important agricultural activity in several districts of Odisha, particularly during the post-monsoon harvest season. The open farmland, soil conditions, and group labour reflect traditional field-based farming practices in rural India. The footage captures manual crop harvesting and daily agricultural work carried out by village farming communities.
