One can also see the South and North blocks which house the headquarters and command centers for the military, at the foot of Raisina Hill. See birds in the evening sky as tiny specks that race across the screen! Parliament house, also known as Sansad Bhawan, is located right in the heart of New Delhi and is a circular structure that has 247 pillars with a broad corridor running around it. It is the Legislative Assembly of India. One needs to get permission from the reception office of Raisina Road of New Delhi to enter the Parliament House and view sessions in the public gallery.
