Deepa Mehta speaks about her film 'Water'. She says, "I think the shooting should start by now because we have got the permission from the ministers and they have also informed the Uttar Pradesh Government that the shooting should resume and I came to know that Prime Minister and Home Minister has said that there shouldn't be any hindrance in the shooting of the film but because it's a law and order situation and it's a request from our DM that we should have patience but having patience also increases problems because the producer bearing the loss while we are not shooting. What I do is have press conferences and tell people that there is nothing in my script which is against Kashi or defame Kashi in any way.
