Indian politician Kalyan Singh comes out from his house and addresses the people standing outside of his house. He was the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in 1991. He was appointed as the Governer of Rajasthan State on 26th August 2014. Kalyan Singh Speaks about Mulayam Singh's Government, he says, "I think the government of Uttar Pradesh is counting its number of days it will not survive very long because there is a political instability in the state, there is a constitutional crisis in the state because the present government of Uttar Pradesh has devalued the Legislature, has dishonored the Judiciary.
