Pakoras being fried by a Muslim gentleman in delightful polyunsaturated fats. Fresh fried Indian delights called pakora in making at a street shop in Chandni Chowk outside Red Fort. These are vegetables dipped in a thick chickpea flour batter and deep-fried till golden and crispy. This shop also serves deep-fried chicken along with the vegetable frittatas.
