Women perform a folk dance from the Leh and Ladakh region of North India. Their costume is unique as they wear animal fur, mostly yak hair along with which they wear their traditional headgear called 'Perak'. A Perak is an ornate headgear adorned with semi-precious stones like turquoise and Lapis Lazuli and is normally worn by the eldest daughter of the family. The Ladakh festival of 2018. It's a cultural festival for Leh and Ladakh, attracting artists from different background come under one roof to showcase their performances.
