Dharmendra Sewan performs 'Resham Firiri' during Red Panda Winter Festival in Sikkim. With much exuberance and enthusiasm, the Red Panda Winter Festival 2016 was officially inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim, Shri. Pawan Chamling at M.G Marg, Gangtok. Attended by Ministers and Officials of the State Government, Members of the Gangtok Municipal Corporation and the Organizing Committee, Tourism Stakeholders, Officials and Staff of the Department Of Tourism & Civil Aviation and the local Press, the Inaugural Ceremony also witnessed a huge turnout of tourists who had thronged the venue to be a part of the gala opening event. With the pulsating tune of the Maadals in the background, the Red Panda Winter Festival was declared open by the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri. Pawan Chaml
