Super spreader event of 2021: Evening arati at the Haridwar Maha Kumbh 2021. This is the inflexion point wherein the Covid19 virus went crazy and spread across north India, killing hundreds of thousands and infecting millions of north Indians, thanks to the callous attitude in permitting the Kumbh Mela to be held! The hordes attending and not practicing any form of caution, the proximity of the crowds, the lack of crowd control and the religious fervour in the air, all added to the Covid cauldron melting pot that brought millions together in the name of religion, with scant care for the deadly Covid19 virus spreading across the globe.
