On its way to Homkund the pilgrims/trekkers get the chance to go through the amazing scenic Bedini Bugyal, Roopkund and a thrilling Jyura Gali pass, on Nandashtmi. As this is a once in 12 years occurrence, trekkers and devotees all over the world try their best to be part of such a phenomenal event. Along with Nanda Devi's devotees the yatra is a heaven for trekkers, adventure seekers and thrill lovers .The yatra gives a person chance to look deep inside in terms of enlightenment, as the mystical places one visits keeps on asking questions and give a chance to think in the beautiful Himalayas.
