The youth of Bhutan are lucky to avail free facilities like education and medication in the country. On this auspicious day, the government were proving free colourful balloons to kids at the clock tower in the capital city, Thimphu in the 1990's. we can see kids smiling and playing with it. so many people gathered wearing the national dress Kira and gho and the town is beautifully decorated with many colourful flags beside the road.
