Archival footage of an election rally held at the Red Fort by Congress party in the 1990s. The address is directed towards the farmers, labourers of Delhi. In the address attended by thousands, it looks like its a hot day. Umbrellas in the colour of the National flag are spotted in the crowd. Some are using newspapers as sunscreens. An interesting look on the face of journalists and reporters using the seat cushions as makeshift umbrellas!
