In an interview, a stall owner from Rajasthan, at the Nature Bazaar described his products. He said that they mix barley with dry fruits and seeds in mango and jamun, which turns it into a snack-like healthy namkeen. Apart from this, they have cookies made from jowar and bajra. They also have ashwagandha cookies; ashwagandha is considered beneficial for blood sugar and anxiety. Then they have a brahmi cookie, in which they have added cocoa, and it is very beneficial for the brain. There is also a drink called Raabi. For this drink, they add bajra (Pearl Millet), jowar( Sorgham), and roasted gram. It needs to be fermented overnight in water and then consumed.
