A walk through food stalls at a Northeast Festival featuring cuisines and ingredients from Nagaland, Meghalaya and neighbouring states. The Smoky Naga stall by Kamei displays smoked meats, greens, chutneys, Naga king chillies, green chillies and passion fruit on banana leaves and serving trays. Vegetable bundles containing leafy greens, long beans, drumsticks, onions and shallots are also arranged for visitors. The Meijong Khasi Cuisine stall from Meghalaya lists dishes including jadoh, black shredded pork, chicken curry, fish salad, black dal, tungtap chutney and Khasi thali. Large steel pots at a catering stall hold prepared rice and leafy dishes, while visitors move between the decorated festival tents.
