Himachal : aerial view of zig-zag steep mountain road up to pass, with much damage done to forested hillsides and rock faces, meadow and grasslands, in the process of construction of the road. This is the other side of the Chanshal pass while coming from Rohru side. This road leads to the villages of Dodra and Kwar. Chanshal Pass connects the villages of Dodra and Kwar from the rest of Rohru in the Shimla district. And I think, the mountains which are seen at 2:43 are possibly Uttarakhand's Swargarohini and Black Peak.
