Striking patterns and colours, a Red Pierrot Butterfly is filmed on a shrub in New Delhi. These butterflies are common in India. These butterflies love Kalanchoe plants in particular! Notice the wings which are half open as it bask under the overcast sky. They may be found with their wings spread when the weather is warm and clear with no clouds or hazy sky.
