India is notorious for stray dogs more than any other country; even statistics show that they the highest dog death toll due to rabies in the entire world. The strays roam the streets with no home and no love. Nonetheless, Pratima Devi is doing her best looking after these poor pups in New Delhi; actually, she’s taking care of 400 of them! Pratima left a bad marriage and became a saint to stray dogs, helping, feeding, and taking care of them. Her son tried to get her to move to a village, but she refused; she told him that she is happy when she is with her canine friends.
