Ustad Ahmed and Mohammad Hussain are two brothers who sing ghazals together having a classical background and sing ghazals in the good old classical style. Their first album Guldasta released in 1980 was quite successful which led to the release of about 50 albums thereafter. Blessed with a sweet voice well coherent and apt for ghazal singing, they sing with good feel and understanding for each other, which is indeed an attributing feature to be looked upon while singing together, especially when there is improvisation involved. The Hussain brothers are talented composers who have created original music for serials, plays and documentaries.
