Vehicles swim-glide through the water, while a volunteer pedestrian tries to guide the traffic as a self-appointed role. E rickshaws and cycle richshaws negotiate the cesspool alike... Trucks and buses plough their way through the accumulated water at the Yamuna Bazaar Flyover where the route diverges to Lohapul and ITO or Income Tax Office. The whistling of traffic cops and the splashing sounds make for a very monsoony madness scene.
