Shih tzu, Pekingese, German Shepherd pup and Pug, etc gather for a mass canine wedding show at Ansal Plaza in Delhi, India. Many pet lovers were delighted to attend the first of its kind mass wedding for dogs on 30th October 2008. It was the nation's first official dog marriage pageant! The special ceremony was organized in New Delhi at the Ansal Plaza amphitheatre. The mass wedding was hosted by Ansal Plaza to help pet lovers find mates for their pet dogs. Described to be the first mass wedding for dogs in India, the venue witnessed 500 dogs, clad in snazzy bridal outfits, bond with to-be life partners. Dogs wearing glitzy attire walked the ramp to woo audiences and win the hearts of judges. Over 400 dog owners registered their pets for the nuptials. Awards for "Most well-dressed dog" and
