What traffic chaos in Meerut city in Uttar Pradesh state in north India. The traffic seems to have a collective mind of its own, with each transport type following its own rules (or lack of them thereof!). The poor harried policeman deals with everything from unruly cows to pedestrians, tractors, rickshaws and trucks, and somehow muddles through his day, not really making much of a dent!
