Indian actor Dev Anand speaks about his struggle to become an actor, he says, "My father was a great lawyer of his own times in a place called Gurdaspur, Gurdaspur was in the news these days, the border town between India and Pakistan. I did my first schooling in Gurdaspur which is in Gurdaspur and Dalhousie. I used to be in school in Gurdaspur during summer and shift to Dalhousie, a hill station in convent and then I did my matriculation in Gurdaspur and then I went to Dharamshala which is in Himachal and then to Lahore for my graduation.
