Eating street food in India on a tiny budget is actually very easy. There is so much amazing food to be had for under $1. The Indian Rupee fluctuates periodically, however generally one can count that the exchange rate will always stay between 50-60 Rupees to one US Dollar, and the number of goods one can buy with that amount is limitless here. A new series from Wilderness Films, titled “India Under a Dollar”, has arrived to explore the possibilities of cheap living from day to day in this country, and the possibilities are endless! The Kulfi has evolved over the years and is now available in many different flavours. the Indian version of ice-cream which can be equally enjoyed in summer or winter, before or after dinner. Kulfi is a popular frozen dairy dessert from the Indian Subcontinent.
