Tilla kulfi is the Indian ice cream that is set around a little stick. A vendor or Kulfi wala sells traditional Indian ice cream product outside the gates of Delhi's Lal Kila or Red Fort, while tourists and visitors mill around the premises next to Chandni Chowk and Jama Masjid in the old city of Delhi.
