The twins peaks of Bandarpunch west and White Peak look altogether bereft of snow in early winter, with all the glacial crevasses open wide and exposed, just before the heavy late winter snows dump down and cover the peak in a blanket of thick snow cover and replenish the glaciers. This view is seen from the high pass above Dodital, along the Darwa Top ridge and along the Hanuman Ganga valley...
