Yes, that is the Indian version of the British Morris Oxford Series III car which once endeared itself to the government and politicians and a fairly wide range of Indian middle-class users. Here, Naga babas and sadhus use it as their steed of choice to descend on the Maha Kumbh Mela festival in pomp and pageantry. See that quaint structure on wheels with all those horn type speakers jutting out, to amplify the garrish wedding band that accompanies the Hindu godmen and demi godmen! Some of them get pulled along by tractors! With great piousness, Hindu women fold their hands in veneration to the visiting sadhus and the motley assortment of believers and people of faith.
