Lockdown is relaxed but the virus is not relaxing and residents in Delhi seem to forget that from time to time. Traffic congestion looks to be going back to the usual with hundreds of vehicles plying on the roads from South Extension to Lajpat Nagar. Clear blue skies and green leafy trees after two months of lockdown but deserted foot over bridges.
