Mary Lalboi, owner of the restaurant Rosang Cafe and Store, fully dressed in her traditional dress, along with chef Sandeep shows us how to make Utti or Ooti, the famous Manipuri delicacy that is prepared after being mixed with herbs and yellow peas.
