In the 1990's , Mr. Inder Prakash and Anil could be often seen in their famous store - Prakash's, in Sisters' Bazar, Landour. A younger Anil sits wearing a smart The North Face jacket, with his Praskash's Apricot Preserve and Strawberry Jam jars. He had already stopped using the Tangy-ji or Tangi-ji brand new, by then! Cheese line his cheese refrigerator, some made by him and others brought in from Sikkim and elsewhere. Prakash is most famous for their blackberry and other indigenously produced jams. Prem Singh assiduously seals packets of daal and sugar, using a candle flame to seal the plastic packets.
