Arsalan is one of the city's best-known restaurants, famous for serving Kolkata-style Mughlai cuisine, especially its Mutton Biryani, Chicken Biryani, Chaap, Kebabs, Firni, and Shahi Tukda. The entrance to the restaurant is busy with customers arriving for dine-in and takeaway orders. A delivery counter is visible at the front, while staff members handle food orders inside the restaurant. Outside, the street is lined with vendors selling fresh fruits such as bananas, apples, mangoes, and citrus fruits.
