Two crippled - handicapped men manage to walk admirably in Delhi. Despite the changes in infra to make the commute for handicapped easier, there are numerous factors which make them feel left behind. However, most of the handicapped people have managed to make their life easier for themselves by making themselves capable of doing their work for themselves. Also, there are several government organisations which provide work for the handicapped to help them earn a livelihood.
