The musicians are dressed in vibrant orange kurtas and colorful turbans, creating a striking visual display that reflects the festive atmosphere of the fair. Several performers play the Been (Pungi), a traditional wind instrument historically associated with the Sapera community and snake-charmer performances. The distinctive sound of the been remains an important part of Indian folk music traditions.
