Arun Jaitley speaks about disinvestment policy. He says, "Neither I have seen any Opposition nor the breaks on the policy. I think if any Member of Parliament raises a question n any unit so it should be debated and the political consensus comes out from that debate. For example, if any M. P. asks to not to privatize any plant and government agrees and take the decision to not to privatize that plant then who would pay the loss? Government's duty is to invest the money of taxpayers to develop healthcare facilities, infrastructure, irrigation, education and into public debt. Government invests 45 percent of its total earning as the interest of debt over the country.
