Schools become convenient election centers and free food ditribution locations, when the government needs them! They have open spaces, shade, water, electricity and are shut on holidays, on weekends and in times of chaos. Dry food rations are distributed for free to migrant labour and the destitute at a school in Moti Bagh, Delhi, on the basis of Aadhar or ration cards, as part of the dole for Covid19, during the lockdown.
