Minister Jigme Yoser Thinley of Bhutan is talking about the process of development in Bhutan. he does believe that, as we reflect on the past 25 years, there are many achievements about which we should express, satisfaction and Happiness. In fact, it is for this reason that in June we celebrated the Silver Jubilee anniversary of his Majesty the King's enthralment much against the wishes of His Majesty who felt that celebrations are unimportant that they are waste of resources but the will of the people were very strong. they thought we have so much to celebrate in terms of achievement. in the last 25 years, Since the Majesty came to the throne, he has given us a development philosophy which is aimed at maintaining a balance between spiritual and material development. that one should not
