A Sikkimese woman cleans her backyard garden of the old crop of a cereal crop (surely not wheat???), and prepares the lovely black enriched and moist soil for the next crop, in time for autumn harvesting. At 8600 feet altitude in Lachung, even in summer, it is sort of cold, so she is wearing a jacket. She returns to her homestead past a clump of flowering Arum of Calla Lilies.
