Indian soldiers in UN Peacekeeping Force leave for Ethiopia and Eritrea (UNMEE), in Delhi

Family members of Sikh and non Sikh soldiers in the 15th Batallion Sikh Light Infantry who are leaving for the UN Peacekeeping Mission known as UNMEE under the United Nations. The soldiers chant the cry 'Jo Bole so nihal Sat Sri Akal' of the regiment as they enter the IGI Airport in Delhi. The army regimental band is in full attendance at the airport, to see the brave boys off. The commanding officer assures the media that a big contingent is going out but will make the country proud and achieve their target.
