The preparations for 66th Republic Day are in full swing, even as temperature plummets to new lows in Delhi. Defying extreme cold and fog, soldiers, policemen, school children and dance troopers continue to rehearse for the grand event, celebrated on January 26. The weather conditions continue to remain unfavourable, with chilling winds making it worse. Republic Day celebrates the coming into force of its constitution.
