Colin Powell, United States Secretary of States speaks about U. S. and India relations. He says, "It is my third trip to New Delhi and it is my third trip in last ten months on this occasion I would like to express my sincere condolences on behalf of President Bush and the American people for the sad loss that the Indian people have suffered we extend our deep sympathy to the family and friends of Vice President and to all of the Indian people. I look forward today to my meetings with Prime Minister Vajpayee, Deputy Prime Minister Advani, National Security Advisor Mishra and last evening I had a good discussion with my new counterpart Minister of External Affairs Sinha.
