Rakesh Sethi says "Well you know I had gone to two-three mainly amazon.com, andymanheart.com and yahoo.com is a very famous one that I had gone through. I found that I used to buy books on International cuisine, so if I wanted something specific then I would go to these websites and select whatever I want." Rakesh Sethi has an impressive culinary history, from starting off as a Kitchen Trainee Commis-II with Hotel Corporation of India in its unit in Delhi and underwent training in various sections of the kitchen for one and a half year. He further went on to work as an Executive Chef at Ramada Plaza, New Delhi, TajSats Ai, Inter-Continental The Grand, New Delhi, East India Hotels, New Delhi among the many reputed hotels that he has worked for.
