Mumbaikars rushing about their daily lives with black and yellow Fiat taxi cabs plying around them. Archival footage shows a large group of office workers crossing a busy road in Mumbai. Many pedestrians wear white or light-coloured shirts and trousers and carry bags, folders, and tote bags as they make their way along the street. Cars wait at the crossing while people move between the road and footpath. Leafy roadside trees and a heritage-style building are visible in the background, offering a glimpse of an earlier Mumbai streetscape. The footage captures everyday pedestrian movement, workday clothing, and urban street life from an earlier period.
