The Roz-e-Ashura 10th Muharram Qadeemi Juloos takes place from the Shia Jama Masjid at Kashmiri Gate in New Delhi, India. The procession commemorates Imam Husain (A.S.) and is organized by Anjuman Dasta-e-Abbasia (Regd.), Delhi. Men dressed primarily in black carry an Alam, Taboot, and Gehwara-e Ali Asghar, including a decorative miniature shrine or cradle covered with black fabric, gold embroidery, and red flower garlands. The procession passes through Chota Bazaar and Chabi Ganj before concluding near Shia Jama Masjid, Kashmiri Gate. Participants gather along the street while carrying religious standards and mourning structures associated with the 10th Muharram observance.
