The new residential developments of NOIDA are actually quite well planned and with a stable water table, NOIDA has the potential to get further than Gurgaon as a satellite city to New Delhi. See some of the residential buildings in the suburbs... N.O.I.D.A: New Okhla Industrial Development Authority. It is a satellite city of Delhi and a part of National Capital Region. This city is one of the fastest expanding cities in northern India. The number of high rise apartments and townships are growing at a massive scale. This also creates a fear of this city turning into a 'Ghost Town', i.e, a large number of unoccupied houses in a town.
