During the event, Sheila Dikshit, then Chief Minister of Delhi, shared her thoughts on how to make Delhi more beautiful, welcoming suggestions from citizens, and encouraging everyone to eat more mangoes, the “king of fruits.” She highlighted that while many nations have tried cultivating mangoes, India’s mangoes remain unparalleled, with over 550 varieties grown across the country.
