Wow - what a road, with water flowing over it like a proper Himalayan torrent! And this brave earth-mover operator is working against time to clear the Manali-Leh highway in India, at the treacherous altitude of 15, 000 feet, in order to allow truck and tourist traffic to pass through, to reach Leh in Ladakh, India. In good old Make in India style, this Tata-Hitachi spews diesel fumes into the clean trans-Himalayan air, as it does its job of clearing the road for traffic.
