Snow is cold but the surface beneath the snow is warm. The story is a love story which is based in Kashmir. The romance, essence, brotherhood amongst Hindu and Muslims, the honesty of Kashmir is exhibited in the film. Mannu is the hero of the film. the actual name of sheen is also Sheen. Raj Babbar is playing the role of father of Sheen in this film. Kiran Juneja is playing the role of the mother in the film. Anup Soni is playing the role of main militant in this film.
