Kashmiri Pandit family prays and carries out rituals by a river near Srinagar, Kashmir, in the olden days, with earthen pots and marigold garlands in hand. They float away an aluminium plate or thali, with lit diya lamps on it, and also a grassy platform that looks like a bird's nest. Kashmiris and Kashmiri Pandits talk about he life situation in 1990's India, sit on floor wearing phiran and using Kangri: "The government has made migrant camps. We do not want to live in camps. The model town of the government is one room. See the roads, water and houses. Everything is dirty. 90% of the people living in camps are sick. I am Rajiv Kaul speaking. Beant Singh formed a popular government in Punjab. Till the Punjab laws don't come into effect. They lock you up in jail and then release you."
