With a surge in the number of vehicles in Delhi over the past few years, Old Delhi faces a heavy traffic jam. Old Delhi is one of the most over crowded area in the state capital Delhi. Somehow - just somehow, everyone gets to go exactly where they want to go. This is India, after all! And the chance of an accident happening seems high but it really is less than one in a million.
