"Our party's position is very clear we had said that this is not the matter of course to decide and the court agrees with us on this that is why they have declined to give their opinion on the matter referred to them so we see it as of indication of our position. Yes, that is true that they referred this matter but it is also true that they have appealed the acquisition of this land they have not challenged the acquisition of this land. If the government so desires it can handover it can hand over this land to any trust that its likes that is a legal position. The high court will only decide as to whom compensation will be paid with whom the title lies and that is to be determined for the purposes of compensation."
